Infordesk has two products to offer to businessmen all over the world: All-Business-Letters and All-Business-Documents. The first product provides easy access to tons and tons of business letter samples. The second one surpasses that functionality. You see, All-Business-Documents provides access to tons of business letter samples and tons of business document samples. Both applications allow you to edit the samples, print them out, fax them, or email them.

If you have ever installed a software application before, you shouldn't have any problems installing All-Business-Documents. There’s nothing complicated about it. After you download and run an installer, a setup wizard will show up and guide you through the whole thing. In just a few clicks you will have All-Business-Documents up and running on your Windows-powered machine.

At the top of the application’s interface you will see a toolbar with large red buttons for various features, such as Search, Print, Email, and Spell Check. Below this toolbar, to the left, there’s a Document Browser panel that lists all the documents and business letters. Select a document or letter and it will be displayed right in the middle of the interface. Thumbnail previews for the document or letter you selected are displayed in a panel to the right.

No matter what sort of document or letter you need, All-Business-Documents is sure to have it. You see, there are hundreds and hundreds of samples to go through. Once you find the document/letter you need, you can edit it and then you can save it locally, print it out, fax it, or email it. Getting back to the editing functionality, it must be mentioned that you can play with the text formatting, insert hyperlinks, insert images, add the time, and more. Useful editing functionality is put at your disposal so you can extensively customize the document or letter you need.

The All-Business-Documents trial version will remind you to register every time you launch the application. And every time you close the application, it will launch the Infordesk Store website. It must also be mentioned here that all the samples are covered by a watermark.

Easily access, extensively customize, and conveniently send out business documents and business letters. This is the sort of functionality you can expect to get from All-Business-Documents.

Pros

You won’t have any problems getting All-Business-Documents up and running on a Windows-powered machine. Little time will be spent figuring out the interface. You have access to a large collection of business documents and business letters. Customize the documents, print them out, fax them, email them.

Cons

Trial limitations: nag screen at startup, watermark on the sample documents and letters, opens a webpage when you close the application.
